About Jen

Herbs with Jen was born from a passion for Christ-centered wellness and the belief that the body is designed by God to heal. Jennifer is an herbal naturopath, wife, and mother with a deep background in medicinal herbs and plant-based healing.

Her work integrates herbal protocols with a biblical perspective, helping people rebuild their medicine cabinets with remedies rooted in God's creation.
